Free Delivery to UK Mainland. No Minimum Spend.

Please note that we only deal with customers and orders in the UK and do not ship overseas. If you are looking to order or need help with your order in the USA, please visit MarcyPro directly.

DX/DPD 1-Man Express Delivery

We ship every small and medium-sized product on a 1-2 working day free delivery option. Deliveries take place Monday – Friday only. *Applies to UK Mainland orders only.

Orders placed outside of UK Mainland will be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 5-7 working days.

Palletways/Palletforce Large Item Delivery

All large items (see list of products) still ship for free (excluding non-mainland locations), and will take around 3-5 working days to arrive*.

Orders placed outside of UK Mainland will be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 7-10 working days*.

For large item delivery:

  • Your order will arrive on a fully secured pallet
  • The couriers will contact you to book a delivery date that suits you once you have received an email to say we have shipped your order
  • The delivery will be to the kerbside of your property only
  • The driver will not be able to remove your order from the pallet
  • We have found this to be our most secure delivery option for large items
  • If you check your tracking and the number does not work, please contact us via live chat, as tracking numbers are subject to change with this courier.

Palletways Large Item Delivery & Installation

We now offer delivery and installation on all of our Inspire Home Gyms, Functional Trainers and Smith Cages ONLY (excluding the Inspire BL1 Body Lift Home Gym).

Orders placed within UK Mainland will receive this delivery option for free with a delivery time frame of around 10-15 working days*.

Orders placed outside of UK Mainland will be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 15-20 working days*.

For this:

  • Once you have placed your order, you will be contacted by our customer services team as a home installation survey will need to be completed before the product is installed.
  • Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot arrange delivery and installation without a completed survey.  Failure to complete this may result in a delay in your order.
  • Once the completed survey has been received you will be contacted by our third party installation company who will arrange a suitable time for delivery and installation.
  • If you check your tracking and the number does not work, please contact us via live chat, as tracking numbers are subject to change with this courier.

Deliveries take place Monday – Friday only. Any installs that fall outside of this criterion can be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

*Please note the delivery will only take place within this time frame if we can contact you to complete the installation survey and arrange a suitable delivery date and receive a prompt response.

ArrowXL 2-Man Delivery

Our new Roger Black Fitness range will be shipped via Arrow XL's 2-Man service (excluding the Roger Black Folding Exercise Bike).

All orders will ship for free (excluding non-mainland locations), and will take around 3-5 working days to arrive*.

Orders placed outside of UK Mainland will be subject to an additional delivery charge and a delivery time frame of 7-10 working days*.

For this:

  • Once you have placed your order we will process and ship this as per your order confirmation dates
  • Arrow XL will collect this from our warehouse
  • Once they have your order they will ring, email and/or text you to book in a suitable delivery date
  • The day before delivery they will provide you with a 2-hour time slot so you know when they will be delivering
  • When they arrive, they will bring the order into your home to a ground floor room of your choice

Missed Deliveries

Don't panic! If you miss your delivery, our couriers should have left a calling card. If they haven’t, get in touch with us and we’ll happily re-schedule your delivery.

VAT Exemption

All the prices listed on the Exercise.co.uk website include VAT. If you live in Jersey or the Channel Islands, we are not able to take the VAT off the price of purchase.
