Making the decision to improve your general fitness is a great one – however, it might also prove to be a bit confusing once you realise that you can pick equipment from nearly every category imaginable. But that can also be a good thing! If you are not focused on working out a certain part of your body, it means that you are open to trying new things in your fitness routine. To make it easy on you, we’ve selected a few products from our line that would be perfect for getting you started.

Depending on the type of exercise that you prefer, you can choose from bikes, treadmills, cross trainers and rowing machines. This type of equipment is also great for weight loss and for building up endurance, so you would be ticking all the boxes with either of these options. If you enjoy cycling but don’t have time for it or you don’t want to bare the changing weather, you can go for an exercise bike. However, if you are looking for something different, the rowing machine will actually help you workout the entire body.

A treadmill is a great investment if you are interested in running or walking, and you don’t need to spend too many hours on it if you are short on time – it will still have an impact, and you can even multitask by watching an episode from your favourite TV show or listening to a podcast.
