The secret is to remain consistent.

Dumbbells can be partnered up with a workout bench or used on their own. Either way, it is possible to develop a full body workout routine just using dumbbells.

Resistance bands are another great piece of equipment designed for toning up. They can be safely used by beginners, pregnant women and even by people doing physical therapy. Resistance bands are also versatile; you can use them on their own or tying them around sturdy objects around your house to try out different exercises. They are also great for full body workouts.

One of the great things about toning up equipment is that it is not only versatile, but it is also portable. You can sneak in a short workout session even on holiday!
